Primer reads:

section 2.7

"The definitions of complex types in the purchase order schema all declare
sequences that must appear in the instance document."

Does this mean?

"The definitions of complex types in the purchase order schema all declare
ELEMENTS IN THE EXACT sequences IN WHICH THEY must appear in the instance
document."

Or are sequences (like good old DTD content models) only determined by group
elements?
