The XML Query Working Group has approved the following response:

We are extremely grateful for your corrections to the use cases. This has 
helped us significantly in our revision of the Use Cases document. During 
the next publication cycle, we took these comments into account. For the 
few cases where we disagreed with your analysis for a particular query, we 
will respond with a separate email on that particular query.

We appreciate your feedback on the XML Query specifications. Please let us 
know if this response is satisfactory. If not, please respond to this 
message, explaining your concerns.
