Please consider this sentence in REC-xlink-20010627, '5.6.2 actuate Attribute':


'Constraint: actuate Value
If a value is supplied for an actuate attribute, it must be be one of the 
values "onLoad", "onRequest", "other", and "none".'


It should be this (with only one 'be', not two):


'Constraint: actuate Value
If a value is supplied for an actuate attribute, it must be one of the 
values "onLoad", "onRequest", "other", and "none".'
