Vikas,

I don't know of any in use yet, but tools and runtimes are being developed 
at Apache in the Axis 2 and Woden projects.

Can someone direct me to a web-service utilizing WSDL2.0???
Are there Java2WSDL / codegen tools for this version of WSDL?
