The URI reference seems to be OK. As far as I can see, we point to the latest[1] January 2005 RFC. As for XML Schema, we currently point to the 2 May 2001 recommendation[2]. Should we point instead to the 28 October 2004 recommendation[3], Second Edition? Is this what was meant by the action item? JJ.
