Part 1, 2.11: "A Binding Operation component describes a concrete 
binding of a particular operation of an interface to a particular 
concrete message format."

This doesn't hold; the binding operation isn't constrained to a single 
concrete message format, and also describes protocol details.

Suggest:
"The Binding Operation component describes the concrete message 
format(s) and protocol interaction(s) associated with a particular 
interface operation for a given endpoint."
