HTTP binding: unknown editorial note

All,

The HTTP binding has an editorial note in 3.7.3 Serialization as
"multipart/form-data"[1] which says:

    We need media type handling here.

I don't see anything that needs to be added here.

Anybody wants to despute my removing of the note without action?
