I personally find it confusing to see the prefix "soap:" for 
elements in the SOAP binding defined by WSDL. Is there any 
objection to using the following convention:

Prefix        NS URI
-----------------------------------------------------
wsdl          WSDL 2.0
wsoap         WSDL 2.0 SOAP binding
whttp         WSDL 2.0 HTTP binding
wmime         WSDL 2.0 MIME binding (if we keep it)
soap12        SOAP 1.2
