The following use cases are being proposed for removal from the use case
documents unless they are clarified:
 
UC0016 - This use case is similar to UC0015
UC0017 - May be covered by UC0015
UC0020 - This use case is not very clear and unless role of intermediaries
is explained with respect of describing a web service.
UC0021 - Same comments as UC0020
UC0022 - It seems like this may be covered by UC0015 and UC0028
UC0024 - Not clear from description point-of-view.
UC0012 - This appears to be the same as UC0027
UC0018, UC0019 - Need more clarficiation
UC0023 - Covered by UC0006
UC0007, UC0008, UC0009, UC0010, UC0011 - Need more clarification
UC0013, UC0014 - Out of scope
 
Please let me know what you think.  If you feel that some of the above use
cases should be kept then please also provide some more explanation and also
if possible provide some proposed WSDL code snippets, real or hypothetical.
