Is there an organized way for you guys to get WSDL feature requests
smaller than a formal requirement?

There are a variety of annoying limitations in the HTTP binding:

 * operation addresses should not be required to be relative

 * each operation in a binding should choose its own method, not one for
all

 * any HTTP method should be allowed

 * need a way to set HTTP headers 

 * need a way to specify an authentication requirement
