I would be tempted to raise the security and management boxes so they don't expand all the way down to the transport protocol layer. At the same time, I would widen the transport protocol so that is the only box at the very bottom. Since this is the Web Services Architecture working group, I assume that it is the intention that only issues that relate to Web Services are dealt with. If the security and management boxes "touch" the side of the transport layer, it is suggested to me that there is some work to be done at that level for security and management. I am not sure whether any Web Services protocols work is dealing with that layer. However, I may be very wrong, in which case I apologise. On the other hand, if the boxes are above the transport layer, then the use of those transport protocols is demonstrated but not direct work that involves them is implied.
