ATT: out of scope MITRE: Needs more discussion about "conformance", and caveat for "vendors" to include open source communities. "Slack in the system" is another phrase that does not fit. NOK: 'Clearly define specific factors that determine conformance' seems to be covered by AC001.2. 'leaving sufficient slack in the system for vendors to add value' seems like the extensibility goal. W3C: Having "[clear] specific factors that determine conformance" and "slack" in the same sentence looks weird. Isn't the second half of this CSF covered by the extensibility part of D-AG005?
