RTF recommends that the text below be used as appropriate in D-AC005 [1].
The numbering on the CSFs is temporary, and is only used to indicate
to which of the CSFs in the current D-AC005 the proposed items in text match
to.
The editors/champions of D-AC005 may provide the right placing of this text
within D-AC005.

D-AC005.3 The Web Service Architecture identifies and defines all of
its components precisely and unambiguously.
5.3.1. There is a unique identification scheme for
identifying each component, and all components are identified using this
identification scheme.
5.3.2 The terms and language used to describe the Web Services
Architecture and its components are unambiguously defined.
D-AC005.10 The static and dynamic relationship between components is
clearly identified and defined.
