I had an unfufilled action item to champion the resolution of these: "D-AC005 applies the principle of simplicity and is defined such that it does not impose high barriers to entry for its intended audience The reference architecture should be easily understandable by the target audience. At this stage all this goal requirements are imperative. " The straw poll was 13/1/1/0 I think I was the "D" vote. The other comment was to the effect that "target audience" is not defined. Let's accept it as worded and move on. "D-AC005.1 it avoids specialized jargon not familiar to ordinary software designers" "D-AC005.14 the architecture can be implemented without large amounts of code D-AC005.15 it allows simple invocations as well as elaborations with more functionality when building Web Services or applications that employ web services" I [not wearing the Chair hat of course] suggest removing them. We've covered the Simplicity goal adequately in the other CSFs.
