 these have issues; these look harder" w.r.t. compliance level 1

4) Discussion about "OWL Compliance Level 1" proposal

5) Language feature documents 
   (chair, 20 min.)

The proposal of the chairs is to decide to release as soon as possible
two documents to the public: 

1. one document describing a named subset of language features, along
   the lines of Deborah's proposal. 
   NOTE: the decision on what kind of term to use to refer to this
   named subset (e.g. "level", "module") is postponed. . 

2. a second document describing the full set of language features

These documents will not contain the actual syntax, but should enable
people from the public to understand what they van expect.
