Dan - this was called "Chair's request" because (i) it was a request, 
not a demand, and (ii) I need it for me, not for non-WG -- I have to 
explain to people what we're doing, and I'm afraid I've lost track of 
which proposals are still on the table.

request" -- that's because it's just from me - didn't discuss w/Guus 
first.
