Having no experience with any hotels in Bristol, I'm not in a position to make an informed decision. Further, the prices you give don't seem to correspond very well to the prices I see in my corporate travel site. Right now I'm seeing prices for the Holiday Inn Bristol, Victoria Street of 65 pounds (breakfast not stated) and 80 pounds (with breakfast for 2).
