defaults

Peter,

During the f2f you mentioned that some limited representation of
defaults could be possible in OWL. Could you elborate on that? Tha would
be very helpful. 

I am really very worried about this requirement. In our use case
defaults are essential for doing any kind of semantic/conceptuel search,
which shows added value compared to (controled) keyword search.
