Just to be sure, the procedure for finalizing the requirements document is: - new version available Mon night EST (action: editors) - members can review it on Tue-Wed (action: all) - changes can be proposed on the list (revised text should be suggested by the commenter) - there is a decision on the telecon whether to publish (strong preference for consensus decision) - this decision is likely to include amendments to the document that we trust the editors to take care of (as for example agreed in earlier email discussion or on the telecon).
