Hi Peter,

i think some people made rights comments. We should make recommentations
on possible changes of RDF(S) that would allow us to provide OWL as a proper
extension (i.e., syntactical and semantical at least approximative). I
talked today
with Pat and he seems to have a proposal for a small fix at the RDF level that
would solve the problem. My main expectation would be that reasoning
at an RDFS level is 100% identical with the equivalent part of OWL. I
would not care so much about minor differences at an RDF level.

	Proposed actions:
	1) The working group gives us another two weeks to
upgrade our layering analysis and to include Pats recent move.
	2) Then another person (I am thinking on Frank) draws operational conclusions
out of it for the working group.
	3) The working group votes in an informed manner over the remaining
one solution that is likely to remain anyway.
