hasValue and the restricted owl lite cardinalities allows the assertion 
that any specific owl lite class has cardinality 1.

I am not sure that it is possible to use this to say that an owl lite class 
has cardinality 2 (or 3 or ...).

(Maybe there's some trick with subPropertyOf).
