The section http://www.w3.org/TR/scxml/#schemas contains a link to
http://www.w3.org/2011/04/SCXML/*scxml-strict.xsd*, however the href
attribute on this anchor tag erroneously points to
http://www.w3.org/2011/04/SCXML/*scxml.xsd*. It should be updated to point
to http://www.w3.org/2011/04/SCXML/*scxml-strict.xsd*.
