CCXML dialog.transfer.complete event

The CCXML specification mentions dialog.transfer.complete event (7.3.13) 
with fields: name, dialogid, results (object), eventsource, eventsourcetype;
sent from CCXML to Dialog. 

However, the VoiceXML 2.0 Example (D.11) uses dialog.vxml.transfer.complete 
event with only one field: results (string). So it seems that either the specification
is not correct or the example is not correct.
