updated version of SRGS Implementation Report Plan available

This is a notification that an updated version of the Implementation
Report Plan for the Speech Recognition Grammar Specification (SRGS)
has been published. The previous version of the test set contained
some errors, which have been fixed.

Comments on the document and the test set or requests for further
