According to http://weblogs.asp.net/stevencohn/articles/59782.aspx Virtual hosts doesn’t work on IIS with XP Pro The install instructions at http://validator.w3.org/docs/install_win.html says it must be done Should I just install the validator in a folder on the Only web-site it allows? Any one got any ideas? It might be. If you first follow the instructions for installing the validator on windows and then look up some documentation on how to set up a CGI in IIS. then you'll have a working validator. However, the documentation and interface page may not work well, because IIS may not support the server-side-includes (SSI) used by the validator. (previous discussion on this at: http://lists.w3.org/ Archives/Public/www-validator/2006Oct/0019.html ) If you manage to do it, please document it and we can make other IIS users happy.
