The error message for uploading a non html document

Try to upload a .txt file and validate it. This is the message I got.

 Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because its content type is
text/plain, which is not currently supported by this service.

No lets assume that the user had actually uploaded a HTML file but forgot to
set his Content-Type (HYPERLINK

weblogs.asp.net/jkey/archive/2004/04/26/120689.aspx#FeedBack Real Example).
I would like to think that we could provide some better information to the
user.

My go at it,

Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because its content tyoe is
text/plain, which is not currently supported by this service.

Accepted content types are:
 text/html
 text/x-html
{etc}

Please place this tag in your head section to inform us your choosen content
type
<HTML>
<HEAD>
 <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
</HEAD>
<BODY>
</BODY>
</HTML>

I had a hard time finding some good links about this topic on the w3 site
but I am sure there has to be something. Also you may want to include one of
your handy suggest a better error message things here.

Just my thoughts,
