"detect automatically"

Hi,

  The advanced interface defaults for doctype and encoding to "detect
automaticlly". This is misleading, since it doesn't try to detected
something automatically, it uses the specified one or none. Think of
US-ASCII/UTF-8/UTF-16 defaults for XML documents implicite
specifications. It would be a good idea to rephrase this to "use
specified" or something like that.
