ISO validation

I know this is a somewhat redundant suggestion.  However, the snippet of
code for valid ISO pages offered after successfully validation; well it has
the border attribute for image, which is not supported in ISO.

I only noticed because I am updating some very old pages and rather than
reformat them as XHTML I was asked to validate them as ISO to preserve the
strict hierarchy.
