* the list of DTDs available on http://validator.w3.org:8001/sgml-lib/catalog Is not up to date. Remove this link or update the list. I'm also updating the list of valid dtds http://www.w3.org/QA/2002/04/valid-dtd-list.html * Title "HTML validation Service" move it to "W3C Markup Validation Service" * Help documents should be rewritten a bit. Dom, Olivier ? http://validator.w3.org:8001/docs/help.html * Fatal Error: No Doctype specified! http://validator.w3.org:8001/check?uri=http://www.google.com/ The example which is given does not contain encoding information, but if you try to validate a document without encoding information, the validator will say that it's not correct. -- Karl Dubost / W3C - Conformance Manager http://www.w3.org/QA/ --- Be Strict To Be Cool! ---
