Hi

Can you tell me if there is a work-around for the unsupported

Lang=en identifier in the header

 

I tried putting  <html lang="en" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
But that failed.
 
I want to make the page compatible with 
Bobby accessibility program
