Installing the validator on my website

Hi.

I hope this is not the wrong place for this question,
I have only seen very specific, techie Q&As on this list so far.

My question:

I would like to install the HTML Validator on my own website.
It's an Apache server running on RedHat Linux, and I have
the ability to run Perl CGIs on it. It in not my server,
I just have an account on it.
Is it possible to install the validator on this system,
if so, what is the easiest way?
