Dear Madam/Sir,

A few weeks ago we pointed out the existence of a very special user
survey (URL: http://www.rug.nl/survey.html). We told you that with
this survey we would like to analyse the user requirements of
information providers on the World Wide Web. Because we need a high
response for our inventory, we would like to remind you of the
existence of this survey again.

If you already filled out the form, please consider this mail as not
being sent. If you did not fill out the form yet, please do so and
send it back before February 29, 1996.

Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Sincerely yours,

Antsje Lootsma,
