Word to HTML

Quarterdeck makes a product, WebAuthor, which is an add-in to Word 6.0, which 
does document conversion, in addition to HTML authoring.  I've heard it does 
much more than Microsoft's Internet Assistant. The street price is $49.95 and 
they have a trial version on their web site, http://www.qdeck.com/.  

I used version 1.0, which didn't have document conversion, but the new version 
2.0 does.  Version 1 is great for someone who doesn't know anything about HTML.
