Or, what we have done to manage large amounts of data, is to put the
information into a database (Paradox for Windows), and to write some
not-too-difficult programs (in ObjectPAL) which generate the necessary pages
with the links, based on the information in the database.

That way you can just add people's names & http: codes to the database, and
"regenerate" and upload the html pages whenever you feel like it.
