Is there any WWW server using UNICODE?

Is there any WWW server which uses UNICODE as a character set of its
documents?  Is there any WWW browser which supports UNICODE?
Could somebody tell me the URLs if they exist?

I just wonder how popular UNICODE is in the WWW world.
