Permissions Workshop invitations

First, my apologies for having to switch clients and my regrets for my 
subsequent inability to reconnect.  I hope the TAG was able to have a 
productive conversation without me.  I am available tomorrow noon-230pm 
PDT (3-530pm EDT) should the TAG wish to talk with me more.

Second, as I read through the meeting minutes (nice minutes!), I saw a 
note from Peter saying that he will be at the Permissions Workshop.  The 
workshop is advertised as "by invitation" - the program committee will 
select from the submissions/applicants, constrained by both space and 
the desire to have the most productive possible conversation.  While I 
imagine the PC might accept Peter's application, he has not yet applied, 
and I caution that it would be presumptuous and perhaps disappointing to 
show up without receiving an invitation.
