Noah, All, The goals of the httpRange-14 session should be: a. to agree to publish the URIs in data primer as a FPWD (possibly with modification) b. to identify & assign other follow-on action (eg creation of Community Group) Background reading is simply the draft I indicate below, including the 'Background' section and linked documents.
