Work-in-progress agenda and required reading for TAG F2F

As mentioned in my earlier e-mails, I've been working on the TAG F2F 
agenda. Important details are missing for several key topics (especially 
Privacy in APIs, Storage, and ISSUE-57), but a first cut at details for 
most topics is avaialable at [1].

Please note that a reasonably complete list of required reading is now 
available at [2]. There's quite a bit, so I recommend you take a look soon 
and schedule accordingly.

I will not be doing the detailed hour-by-hour schedule until I get more 
details on some of the key topics, and I also want to find out when some of 
our offsite participants are available for calls.
