Should I schedule this for telcon discussion ASAP, or defer a bit longer? Either way, I think it would be useful to have some substantive discussion in e-mail first. I don't believe that this needs to take place ASAP. The feedback from XML Prague was good, but I believe that for the most part it confirms what the HTML/XML report found (collaboration rather than unification). If anything, the vibe from Prague went even farther, with a lot of interesting ideas in favour of XML-JSON collaboration. Also, I think it'd be good to have Norm on the call if we discuss this, and I believe he's currently on vacation. And while we might not wish to wait on it, it would be great if some form of output from the XML ER CG (which also came out of Prague conspiring) would feed into this discussion. -- Robin Berjon - http://berjon.com/ - @robinberjon Coming up soon: I'm teaching a W3C online course on Mobile Web Apps http://www.w3devcampus.com/writing-great-web-applications-for-mobile/
