On ACTION-308, the discussion is incomplete [1].  I've scheduled more for 
this week but not first up, so we may or may not get to it right away. 
Pending review seemed as good a way as any to keep the discussion ongoing.

Oh... and what of John's action? (ACTION-308). It's
