ACTION-376: Content Transformation Guidelines

Hi all --  As per action-376, I¹m writing to bring the TAG¹s attention to
the publication of the recent last-call working draft publication of the G
uidelines for Web Content Transformation Proxies 1.0 [1]. This document "h
provides guidance to Content Transformation proxies as to whether and how to
transform Web content." As there are guidelines regarding content
"tasting"[2] in this document, I think it may be related to our discussion
on content "sniffing" (or indeed any perception of content involving one one
of the other senses).

In any case, in my capacity as co-chair of the Mobile Web Best Practices
working group which has produced this document, I'm also requesting general
feedback on this document from the TAG.
