Comments for XRI should go to web form

Apologies to those who've sent comments, but I've become aware that the
xri-comment@lists.oasis-open.org email address is NOT the place to send
comments. It had previously been the place to send comments but has been
deprecated in favor of a web form. If you sent comments to the
xri-comments list, I don't believe you would even have gotten a bounce
message. 
 
Comments should be posted to the web form at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/comments/form.php?wg_abbrev=xri
