A comment on Scenario 1. I think the analysis depends on what Sturat 
meant to do. If he wanted to server plain text HTML files; e.g. for 
examples of source code supporting a book about HTML, he's fine. 
However, if he wanted to serve HTML as HTML, then Stuat is also in 
error. I suggest this be elaborated.
