I don't see how these definitions can possibly help, but I think
they're consistent and I think I believe them.
resource = anything at all: real, imaginary, conceptual, fantastical, or mundane
representation of = something which portrays a resource; most often in the arch doc
a bag of bits with a MIME type and other metadata, though I'm not prepared
to state that that's the only meaning it ever has without another careful reading.
on the information network = has a URI
