[SVG2 CR] role and semantics

Hello,

compared to SVG tiny 1.2 the options to provide information about structure 
and semantics of the content seems to be dramatically reduced.

The value of role is restricted to ARIA roles, the RDFa attributes specified
for SVG tiny 1.2 seem not to be available in SVG 2, this is a sad regression.

My suggestion is to adjust SVG 2 to SVG tiny 1.2 by adding RDFa attributes.
The role could be defined more general as in SVG tiny 1.2, but if such a
restriction to the ARIA vocabulary is really of importance, it is even more
relevant to add the RDFa attribute to have this functionality.
Else authors always have to add those attributes from the XHTML namespace
and this does not really fit to the approach to avoid other namespaces in SVG 
2.
