Yes, I added the test filters-conv-04-f.svg to the test suite.

Yes, just before the telcon I added some new wording to the feConvolveMatrix section [1] of the specification. Specifically:
 - Made a correction to the convolution matrix formula [2]
 - Added wording to the bias attribute [3]
 - Clarified how the preserveAlpha attribute effects the convolution matrix formula [4]

Yes, just before the telcon I added some new wording to the feComposite section [5] of the specification and an informative reference to the SVG Compositing specification [6].

I'm pretty sure a new test is not required for the feComposite issue. The wording added cleared the usage of feComposite.


For both issues above I'll be asking an approval response very soon and I'll update the items respectively to reflect this.
