Hi, We have constructed a SVGt 1.2 based video player; the same idea as with flash based Youtube. But there has been one slight difficulty. We haven't seen any clear way of seeking a video using script or animation. The media elements simply inherit the attributes used to control animations and they don't have any uDOM functiosn that could be used for this purpose. We have some ideas on circumventing this, but they all involve either setting the document time or doing some hacks based on combining information about document time and video begin offsets. Are we missing something or is the SVGt 1.2 simply lacking capability to seek media elements?
