SVG1.1 New Accessibility Guidelines? & keyboard Cameron, Charles and Doug, how's work progressing, I've yet to see a draft ~:' one issue that's arisen today, is how to 'begin' animate on either keyboard, mouse or perhaps even after a time**. however I hadn't appreciate that Squiggle already supports keyboard interaction*: begin="accessKey(r)" the format for specifying either keyboard or pointer event is not immediately clear to me. there can only be one begin in animate, so How would one specify this? apologies if this is dealt with elsewhere.. regards Jonathan Chetwynd Accessibility Consultant on Media Literacy and the Internet **the spec mentions "an animation based on either an interactive event or a maximum active duration. This is sometimes known as lazy interaction." http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-smil-animation-20010904/#Accumulate *where is the documentation describing keyboard control for Squiggle? this is really interesting for me, as iirc it's not part of the spec, but definitely something I would file bugs with other UAs such as Opera, Mozilla Safari etc...
