SVGt 1.2 Tests: fonts-desc-05-t has spec version 1.1

Hi All,
 
This is really minor thing, but anyways. In the september release test
fonts-desc-05-t has svg version set to 1.1 in the <svg> element, but it
uses SVGt 1.2 attribute font-variant. The file is not obviously a
conformant 1.1 file and whether 1.2 UA should render it correctly is not
really well defined.
