The text now says "fixed width and height": The first example below has a fixed width and height in pixels. Content like this is often produced by illustration programs originally targeted at print. The second example is scalable, using a viewBox rather than a fixed width and height. and the example does not have width and height attributes at all (previously it had 100% for width and height, but that is the default value anyway).
